We always pick up the Okinawan purple sweet potatoes to make desserts. Baked and roasted satsumaimao today and WOW! This sweet potatoes absolutely delicious! They are my ne obsession. I forgot to mention.
I didn’t have a dedicated root vegetable brush to clean the skins, so I just rubbed them with salt and washed it off. Worked like a charm!
