Big range of loose leaf tea… mostly organic and some nice teawares too!

For Indonesia, you might want to add GrandLucky in Jakarta. Although they don’t specialized in Japanese ingredients only, like Papaya, they have quite a broad variety of Japanese cooking ingredients. They have several supermarkets in Jakarta. I have been to 2 of them, and a regular to the one in Kelapa Gading.

And then there’s also Diamond Supermarket also in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta. In terms of number of varieties, GrandLucky might have more. But, Diamond Supermaket sells some specifics like kombu, aburaage, tobiko. Diamond Supermarket also has more kinds of miso, than GrandLucky.

Hopefully this information might be useful for Jakarta residents (locals and foreigners) who are into Japanese cooking — like me 🙂
